This is my current timeline as close as I can get it, It may help someone else with an idea of what they can expect.


December 2013 = PHA causes 2 P3 Profiles to be Initiated. Next several months LOD initiated and decided.
January 2014 = File VA Claims knowing I will be more than likely being going to MEB/PEB
July 2014 = Awarded 80% VA for PTSD, ASTHMA and several other minor conditions.
October 2014 = PHA New Profile, box checked requires MEB.
November 3, 2014 = PEBLO Initial Contact.
November 4, 2014 = VA Claim Initiated.
November 6, 2014 = Claim shows up on E-Bennies in Pending Decision Approval.
December 8, 2014 = Attend 2 C&P Exams, General Medical and BH
January 9, 2015 = Receive NARSUM, States do not meet retention standards for ASTHMA and PTSD
January 15, 2015 = Receive a preliminary unfit from the IPEB in the form of a request for ratings for ASTHMA and PTSD.
January 15, 2015 = New claim in E-Bennies (now have 2 Claims) this one states nothing.
March 22, 2015 = Request for Opinion to provider for Sleep Apnea secondary to PTSD and ASTHMA
April 10, 2015 = DBQ Hits System, Denied OSA Secondary
April 10, 2015 = Both Claims Close, New one opens with listed conditions for things I was already receiving
Compensation.
April 21, 2015 = Claim went from Prep for decision to Pending Decision Approval to Pending Notification
April 22, 2015 = Claim Closed - E-Bennies Dash Board Disabilities link shows Asthma Stayed at 30% and PTSD was increased to 50%.
 
Here is my ARNG timeline from start to finish. I retire in 2 weeks!

12/2/2012 VA rating completed - 90% (see first post for specifics, rating from previous deployments, not MEB)
4/8/2013 Completed PHA
4/8/2013 Submitted VA Rating along with all supporting VA paperwork to State Surgeon by order of TAG
6/11/2013 Updated PULHES by State Surgeon to 211313
8/8/2013 Another update to PULHES by State Surgeon to 213313
8/30/2013 Most recent update to PULHES by State Surgeon to 333323
8/30/2013 Referred to start of MEB process within the state (fit for duty board)
10/24/2013 State Surgeon office requested LODs from my unit for multiple items not documented previously on an LOD to include PTSD, bronchial asthma, and arthritis in knees
12/12/2013 All documents complete at state and waiting for state board
1/21/2014 Received word that State Surgeon/G1 want updated PHA because it is within 6 months of expiration
1/21/2014 Completed my portion of PHA, awaiting a Doctors review
2/12/2014 Enrolled into IDES
2/20/2014 Referral complete
2/26/2014 VA Claims complete
4/07/2014 Medical Exams (VA C&P Exam) Complete
5/08/2014 Four unfitting conditions by MEB along with an update to PULHES of 323213 , nobody could explain how/why my hearing profile went from a 3 to a 2... I have had a permanent 3 since 1997!!! Bi-lateral Hearing aids since 2012!!!
5/15/2014 Informal PEB Complete - do not know the outcome other than unfit (don't know which conditions)
Awaiting VA Rating - as of 7/03/2014 IDES shows an Army average of 109.06 days and I am at 49 days.
Still awaiting VA Rating - as of 12/03/2014 I am at 202 days in the VA Rating phase of IDES. 297 overall days in IDES.
1/30/2015 Congressmans office claims that there is a VA Doctor in Seattle that stated there is enough info for the rating and it will be completed without additional info from the C&P Doctor.
2/12/2015 Called back in to the VA for another C&P!
3/23/2015 VA Rating completed - 100% P&T
4/13/2015 DOD retirement 90% - max is 75% permanent and total
5/06/2015 Active Duty Retirement - 75%P&T (will file for CRSC once my first check hits the bank).
 
Received DA199 This Afternoon.

Recommended PDRL at 70% DOD and 80% VA. Accepted Informal Findings and Signed and returned to PEBLO.
 
Update:

Hit TRANSPROC May 21, 2015
NLT Retirement Date June 25, 2015

Waiting on signed orders to file DD2656.

I can see the light!
