Here is my timeline so far for my IDES process as a reservist who is medboarding for MST-related conditions WITH an LOD.
April 8&9 2017- incident occurred
April 13&15 2017 -incident reported and SAFE kit completed , LOD completed
April 28, 2017- expedited transfer
May 1 2017- CID investigation began
May 15 2017- VA BH therapy began intermittently
June 2017- temp profile began
January 2018 -temp profile expired
April 2018- official PTSD diagnosis but stopped therapy
November 2018- investigation concludes , attacker is punished accordingly
Struggled severely for some time. Could not hold down jobs , marriage fell apart.
December 2019- started therapy again at VA with new diagnosis and began medication which forced a profile.
January 2020 to December 2020 - compiled all documentation from incident and continued biweekly BH help at VA .
December 2020- MDRP (sp?)
January 2021 - first attempt at submitting packet with NCM assistance but original unit refuses participation and correspondence
February 2021- congressional request gets things going and unit begins complying with process sending documents like counseling’s, isolated reports and letters from others about my performance etc
March 2021- Memorandum from SGM confirming my compliance with the process and acknowledges the issues with my original unit, confirms continued unit participation.
April 2021- NCM denies receipt of LOD which was sent to her on three separate occasions over the year , is immediately sent to her again
August 2021- original unit has a change of command and the former CO denies continuing to sign forms despite it being his responsibility
September 1, 2021- former CO is pressured by Branch to participate , he complies
September 20, 2021 - med board packet submitted.
