Anyone Know the QA Process? Case Kicked Back to DRAS - NH Pensacola

Hey everyone,

Just looking for some guidance and/or reassurance. I have a job offer that is getting pushed back to this taking so long. I am at a complete loss as to what is going on. The communication is totally sub par.

Nov 1, 2024: Initiated Meb
Nov 14: NARSUM Started
Nov 18: PEBLO First Contact
Nov 20: Meb Lawyer Brief
Nov 28: MSC Contact
Nov 29: 526EZ Completed and Sent
Dec 4: MEBAA Added to NARSUM
Dec 6-20: VA Exams
Jan 13, 2025: NARSUM Sent To PEB
March 12th: VA Claim Closed on APP (100%) (Had Mailed to Me)

....

(Unknown Date): QA kicked back my case to DRAS.

No one seems to know the holdup or anything. Does anyone have some insight as to why it's been TWO MONTHS to receive the ratings after the VA finished their part?

My VA app initially closed on March 5, then they did a PEB directed re-rating for one of the conditions I was found unfit for on March 25, then the VA sent it back on April 1. I signed my ratings on April 28, almost 2 months after my claim closed on the VA app. For some reason I had dropped off the PEB tracker, that’s when my lawyer reached out to follow up with Jeff.

Thats wild.

I have been constantly reaching out to the MSC and PEBLO because no one seems to know why/what the holdup is for on my end. According to the MSC, I have no request for a PDRR or reconsideration. She emailed DRAS and they ended up emailing my PEBLO to make sure he gets in touch with the PEB.

Just got off the phone with my PEBLO and he said the case is finally moving and in the PEB's hands. I should have ratings soon.

I am assuming that I fell off their radar and if I didn't reach out as much as I did, it would still be sitting there.
