I'm waiting on my ratings from the VA.. but I received a survey yesterday for ptsd from the Va and I was wondering has anyone received this letter while waiting on their ratings?

No clue, I would imagine that they would send the survey to more than one person. That is how surveys typically work. You would not be required to answer any of the questions, nor would it ever be used against you.
