My timeline to date:

4/16/21 – Package sent to NGB
5/26/21 – NGB recommended MEB, case forwarded to Wright Patterson
6/4/21 – First Contact with PEBLO (4 forms due by 6/10/21- DES counseling acknowledgment sheet, Legacy DES election form, TAPS Info sheet and IRILO questionnaire-Forms)
6/7/21 – Returned the forms listed above
6/16/21 – PEBLO submitted case to VA, VA website shows received
6/17/21 – First contact by MSC at Wright Patterson
6/21/21 – Intake interview completed by MSC
6/21/21 – Returned VA Form 21-526EZ, VA Form 21-438, and VA Form 21-686C to the MSC
6/28/21 – VA Appointments requested by the MSC
6/29/21 – All VA appointments scheduled between 6-16 July (Appointments initially covered a 2.5 month period, offered to drive further to speed things up, cut it to 2 weeks)
7/6/21 – First VA Appointment
7/13/21 - DBQ from first appointment showed up on Tricare online
7/16/21 – Completed all VA appointments
7/19/21 - signed up for MyChart at location where QTC sent me for X-Rays, was able to view reports
 
8/16/21 - Still waiting on QTC, had exams on 4 different days the first three days of appointments were processed in just a few days and posted to Tricare online, the last exam has been in QTC’s QA department for 5 weeks, ridiculous.

Same thing happened to me, I literally called everyone. I even ended up calling the assistant of the last doctor after waiting about 3 weeks. QTC won’t help you at all, just get your Peblo to call them because they understand the process a little better. Also keep in mind if your IDES your case should be expedited.
 
I asked the MSC about the DBQ‘s and he told me it could take up to 3 months. I sent an email to the PEBLO and she asked the MSC and all of the DBQ’s were loaded into Tricare online in 3 hours, lol.
 
Update:

8/19/21 – All DBQ’s loaded on Tricare online
8/20/21 – DBQ sent to provider for NARSUM addendum
9/1/21 – Provider returned NARSUM addendum no changes
9/1/21 – PEBLO forwarded my case for review and signature
9/2/21 – returned signed AF IMT 618
9/2/21 – PEBLO Submitted case to IPEB told me I would likely hear sometning in 2-4 weeks
9/7/21 – Received e-mail from MyPers saying case was being reviewed
10/4/21 – Checked with PEBLO the beginning of week 5, no updates
 
10/12/21 – Notified by PEBLO I was found unfit by IPEB on 9/16/21 and case is at the VA waiting for ratings
10/21/21 – Deferral posted by VA requesting a Medical Opinion about 3 of my referred conditions
10/28/21 – QTC Appointment – Paperwork review only
11/2/21 – DBQ’s Completed by QTC, medical opinions came back in my favor — at least as likely as not caused by In-service event/Injury/Illness
11/4/21 – VA received/posted DBQ’s to Tricare online
11/10/21 – Checked with PEBLO nothing new, hopes to hear something next week

I’m on day 15 at the PEB, since receiving the official email. I hope we both hear something back in the upcoming week. Keep me posted.
 
11/16/21 - the va rater requested additional information about the medical opinion that the requested and was returned about two weeks ago, starting to feel like they are going to keep asking questions till they can find a way to screw me?

Hey ! Have you heard anything yet ? My package went up to AFPC November 5th and still havent heard anything

Hello. Yes. I was deemed unfit (90% DoD, 100% P&T VA). It took a total of 20 days at the PEB. Hopefully, you should be hearing something really soon. #HomeStretch

11/23/21 - PEBLO called with IPEB results 80/100
11/25/21 - Asked for extension to respond approved till 1 DEC
11/30/21 - Accepted IPEB results waiting for orders
