AMRO

What does the AMRO do? I heard they determine for or unfit. Does that mean my cares will close with them?
If so will I have to keep getting evaluated by them every year if they return me to duty but I keep receiving the Botox which is what triggered this?

From what I understand the AMRO board decides if someone's case warrants being sent through the MEB process.
