OK I think I have an unusual situation here. Well I was placed on tdrl with a 60% rating when discharged back in 2004. In 2005 i received a VA raiting of a 100% for systematic lupus 10% carpal tanal, 10% residual scar for umbilical hernia, 10% scar for post catheter infection, 10% neck scar post blood clot. 2010 approved for ssdi. Then I had an review board in 2008 which my findings were reduced 10% unfit with no other benefits. I then appeal that decision which I never had a response to until a year later I called them they stated that they had separated me with a 10% severance pay. In which I called around and discovered I was never issued that pay or did the VA recouped it. So I was told that I had to go to BNCR to correct for an appeal to change the decision. In which I did in 2010 nothing ever happened couldn't reach BNCR by phone, via web I was told that it could be greater than 12 months. With that being said I waited without any responses until February 2013 to start contacting again after so many failure # I finally reach someone only to find out that there wasn't a claim. So my question is that is it better to contact the PEB and tell them to mail the letter they claimed I should have received and issue severance and flie a claim with the pdbr to reevaluate. I am aggravated with all this cause at the moment I can't get medical through champ VA for my husband because the system register me as retired and eligible for tricare. Contact tricare I have to provide paperwork of retirement in which I don't have. Can someone help me please. Thanks in advance
