My SSDI case was given a favorable decision by the ALJ, no facts given by my lawyer or testimony by me. Awarded because of VA Unemployablity decision, this really shocked me because I was prepared to fight. I mean in and out within 10 minutes. My issue is the judge asked me where was my purple heart for my tbi and I had no answer. Does anyone know the application process for this per Air Force? Currently have an open case with PDBR for my separation. Will they also review the TBI as well as the PTSD? How do I get started on this? - Always Something!
