Hey All, I wasn’t recently returned to duty with several limitations. I think they made an error or poor decision on this and would like them to reevaluate. The biggest error they made is not completing a LOD for my PTSD as they have for several other people. According to them they are working on it now. So that is my short term goal but with the hopes it is completed and found to be a duty related injury.
How could I have them reevaluate my case? According to the Major I interact with I would have to provide significant evidence that my conditions has worsened. I am not sure how to do that considering I am already on 5 medications and 70 rated from the VA for PTSD. Other than this I would have to wait 1-2 years to be reevaluated. I would much prefer to get this taken care of quickly as it has been on going since 2020.
Are their avenues or regulations to have this reevaluated after I receive the LOD?
