After 199

So I've signed my 199 does anyone know roughly how long it takes past that to start getting the paperwork needed to finally outprocess?

That's not really the timeline I wanted to hear. I'm useless at the unit at the moment. I've been replaced in my job already and basically I show up to work sit until lunch and then come back, rinse and repeat.

Sorry brother. Hang in there it's almost over. I know how you feel, I'm a worker and I've been idle for about a year or so. Sucks bad.

Hrm.. Whats the 199? I looked over all the papers I got after my med board was done and didnt see anything that says 199.. That an Army deal, or is it what is signed several days or weeks after the initial med board is signed?

the 199 is the form that is signed stating you agree with the rating founded by the PEB. It may be the form the Army uses. I'm not to savy on the other branches.

I signed my DA199 yesterday. I was told I should get a call from transition in about 2 weeks max. After you sign the 199 and agree with the findings, it goes back to the PEB, then PDA, then to your transition office. I was briefed once transition calls, I have to swing by there to pick up some paperwork that needs to be signed by my S1. Once I bring that back to transition, I get my orders. Hope this is true and no delays!
