AF MEB Initiated today!

From what I understand, the VA rates you on all conditions combined. This could lead to a total of 50, 60, 70.....% combined. The AF would only rate you on the condition that you are found unfit for, not all conditions combined. For instance, I was found 40% for by the Navy and then 70% by the VA. Hope this helps.
 
That is correct, the military only rates for unfitting condition. VA rates for all unfitting conditions.

If you don't get rated for the other conditions and you think they are unfitting, you can appeal. It is not uncommon that they make errors, so I would fight for your rights if you think they are in error.
