My conditions, lower back pain, headaches, plantar fasciitis, and feet pain. I have a lot of documentation that goes back to 2016. I have done everything even came out of pocket for expensives. I would like to retrain but i know i will be MEB. Just advice about what i should be doing before i get? Should i print my records? Im preparing now to get out because i dont want it to shock me when i get out
