Hey Trip,
I just wrote a big email and it went to LaLa Land...so I'll keep this one short and quick...
I am a personal trainer and health and wellness specialist...I know of some boot camps and my organization (American Council on Exercise) has network assistance.
If you don't mind me asking-you can private message me if you like...But, I'd like to know if there is an injury involved or is it strictly lifestyle and behavior related...just so that I can help in the right direction.
There are a lot of places out there-but I particularly like a lifestyle, wellness camp in Arizona and one in New Mexico.

I have just recently went to a nutritionist on monday to get some extra help. Since I cant run and lift weights like I used to its hard for me to loose this weight. Really didnt get anything completely shocking or new, however i did understand that the things that i knew and didnt pay attention to affect me in a huge way. So... Im going all in with it and watching everything. So far so good.
