I heard that yesterday too, but then I've heard a lot of things that haven't come to pass. I hope it's this week, I know my soldiers are ready too.

Same here. My soldiers are so ready to proceed, I get calls almost every day and have to them the same thing.

I'm with you. Nothing sucks more than telling someone there's nothing to tell them. Same crap with VA ratings. I've got some that having ratings since December.

I've been waiting for ratings for a couple of mine since January, yet I had others come back that were sent way after and those people are out already. This is what frustrates me the most, especially when others say "well so and so is already out and they started after me". I just remind them that every case is different.

Its hard sometimes to remember every case is different because the overall process is the same; IDES or legacy.

In advance I am not sending this towards you two (Sascha & PEBLO11). I think the largest problem I have is reconciling that this is everything to me, and just another day to those I encounter in the process. (PEBLO’s, NCM, VA Rep’s, Call Center people, and all the rest). Sometimes I feel blown off and outright ignored. I have to remind myself that in truth it is just another day to them. Their job is to process people like me through this and they too are helpless before the system. Some of them even know this is everything to me but they can only do what they can do. Or the ever hated words “it is what it is”. I try to be fair and not burden them with my emo bs. But occasionally it bubbles to the surface. That why forums like this are important.

Thank you 2 for what you do here.

Trust me, we understand. I went through one of these myself and am still being frustrated by the VA in my own case, and that is several years since I got out. That being said, you will find there are plenty of us working these cases that it is more than just a regular workday. We do sincerely care about you,and know that these proceedings will likely have a lifelong effect on you. If you have PEBLO that's worth a shit, they will understand that you have rough days, and they will do what they can to relieve the stress, often just by letting you vent to them.

My 199 is done too, just waiting for this to get fixed so my case can move forward. I don't have words to describe how frustrated I feel at this time.

agreed I was in the same boat just a small waiting game now tho.At least we have somewhat of a guess of where we are we just need to grin and bear it for now!

Yea I get very frustrated to my peblo never knows where anything is so I never really know where I am really at and the MSCs on Fort Sill will not return calls or help in anyway so IDK what to do other than watch the forums and sorta keep my self in a calm amused form. If you get upset or have a bad day get on google and look up something you like, for me its ghosts and cars so sometimes just to break my frustration I google ghost stories or ghost ships, you'd be amazed at what kind of stuff google earth can find!! lol But yea man its rough just gotta keep sane at the little time we have left!

Yup finally got in contact with my PEBLO and guess what they havent even heard about anything that you guys are talking about this whole process is depressing me even more as it goes along first i get started in Jun 12 and it gets canceled and restarted in Dec 12...now this ugh!!

I got my C&P eval and all the paperwork the very day all this stuff started. I was sooo happy that I thought everything was moving at a good clip but about three hours after I started reviewing my paperwork my PEBLO called and told me about the snag caused by the Chronic Adjustment Disorder thing. I sent her an email today and as of right now she hasn't contacted me back, no surprise there. I have heard rumors about things moving forward. Is there any truth to this? When I got my eval back for my review and everything stopped I haven't signed it yet. I am assuming that she will let me know I have to sign it now so we can move forward from here, right? I guess sooner or later she will have to get back with me. I know everybody is busy up there but, damn, how hard is it to send an email? How about an update?

Still can't upload to the PEB yet. They say it is supposed to happen at any time. Sorry, but it will be a little while longer.

Adjustment Disorder is on my DA Form 3947 under "Meets Retention Standards". I don't know if it's Chronic or Acute. I just got a call from my MSC, he said it's been rated and forwarded to the PEB. If more details would help anyone, please don't hesitate to ask.

Press on,

Do you agree that your adjustment disorder does not contribute to unfitness?

Mike
