DES Legal Office says I should have my official findings by the end of February.
Well that hurts my soul. Congrats though

Do you know what case assembly is supposed to mean? because I don't lol
IDK, maybe like an audit to make sure everything is correct? or the PEB is gathering all the docs sent to them so the package can move to the MO? im 100% speculating so take what im saying with gallon of salt.

my peblo just confirmed that the PEB isnt going by when cases were received but instead by clearing out the "easy" cases first. my case was about 1400 pages, where as someone with something easier might be about 300 or so. that explains a lot and why im still waiting almost 7 months later. i reached out to my congressman to see what they can do.

Be prepared to get the generic response that everyone else gets

Who should I talk to about getting my orders I talked a little about it with my s1 and doc and from what I understood it seems that I'm waiting for the peb to do something I requested Miramar idk what to do from this point

Miramar typically isnt an option. the choices are Camp Lejuene, Pendelton and sometimes Quantico. I had my MGySgt reach out to my monitor about my orders since mine were taking a long time. my medical was dragging their feet on getting me into the system. Its important you understand this: you are NOT on a med board until you get to the med board office and see the med board doc and that doc puts you on a meb. getting orders to the states for a MEB just means that are supposed to be put on a meb but that can change if the meb doc doesnt think you need a board. your orders will state that you are pcsing to enter the IDES program, not that you are officially in the program. also, IDES is NOT wounded warrior, that is a separate program you can request once at the new duty station.

They told me my options were lejeune Pendleton Quantico Miramar and new river I've also reached out to my Sgt Maj my master guns my monitor and other such people I've currently got a gunny trying to get the monitor or the peblo to give them something on the orders as I haven't been able to get anything from anyone and from what I've found it's been a big blame game everyone is telling me to talk to someone else and it's an endless circle of blaming someone else I do understand that I am not on a med board now and I can't and won't be until I get back to the states I'm just hoping somehow someone can get an answer on when my orders will be here or if anyone on this forum is able to give an estimate of time or perhaps someone to talk to

It took me about 6 months to finally get orders once the idea of a med board came up after my 2nd Limdu.

My lawyer told me this morning i have moved QA Adjudication on Feb 28. Im seeing conflicting info on how long people have been at this stage.

I was found unfit on 3 March. Now to wait on findings.

Do you know how long you were with the presiding officer? I was told mine was there as of March 1st
My case never went to the presiding officer. My case went from the MO to the LO And then to the QA stage. I didn’t go to the presiding officer because the MO and LO both agreed on unfit and did not require the presiding officer to break a tie.My case went to the QA stage on 28 February. My lawyer tells me I should be signing my findings in 2 to 4 weeks. Hopefully sooner

Oh I was told for mental health there is always a 3rd officer involved maybe that's why you never went to the presiding officer
