Apr 21 - PCM called and told me I had a condition requiring IRILO
May 21 - Placed on Code 37
15 Jun 21 - FL4 “Fit returned to duty”
28 Jun 21 - PCS’d to next assignment
Jun 22 - Same Condition submitted to AMRO
8 Sep 22 - Placed on Code 31
Nov 22 - Placed on Code 37
Dec 22 - FL4 Received “Fit, returned to duty” Placed on ALC-C3 w/ARILO
Jun 23 - Voluntary Sep submitted /AFPC approved (31 May 24)
July 23 - ARILO complete FL4 “4mos Concare”
July 23 - Placed on Code 37 again
11 Oct 23 - Updated CIS submitted “Do not retain”
24 Oct 23 - IRILO Package sent to AFPC
26 Oct 23 - FL4 Received “Full MEB required”
