30 JAN 2013 MEB Initiated.
12 FEB 2013 Records Complete.
15 FEB 2013 MSC VA Rep first meeting.
18 MAR 2013 C&P Exam (Mental).
27 MAR 2013 Narsum meeting.
01 APR 2013 C&P Exam (General).
24 APR 2013 NARSUM completed, new profile generated.
01 May 2013 Pickup NARSUM.
06 May 2013 MEB Legal consult.
06 May 2013 Requested IMR.
08 May 2013 IMR came back, no changes/sign NARSUM.
09 May 2013 Everything on hold due to mental health policy changes.
26 June 2013 Re-sign NARSUM.
27 June 2013 Received PEB unfit letter.
02 July 2013 Ratings system received case file.
19 July 2013 EBenefits status changed to Pending Decision Approval.
01 NOV 2013 EBenefits status changed to Gathering of Evidence.
04 DEC 2013 EBenefits status changed to Preparation for Decision.
05 DEC 2013 PEBLO gave me new C&P exam notes with the doctor clarifying certain items.
09 DEC 2013 EBenefits status changed to Gathering of Evidence.
16 DEC 2013 Cleared CIF via commander's memo.
23 JAN 2014 DA199 ready
24 JAN 2014 ~~Sign DA199~~ Snow Day/Post was closed.
27 JAN 2014 Requested FPEB
28 JAN 2014 ETS date
28 JAN 2014 Signed 6 month extension
04 FEB 2014 Re-examination

Lol, those were the good ol days, Nov 9 2012- Jan 24 2013- for ratings ahhh the bliss and brief experience. if only.

18 nov 11-Right total hip
05 jan 12- Right thigh emergency surgery
10 mar12- Returned to 4 hour duty days
17 sep 12-Officially referred to MEB
06 mar 13-commanders letter requested
19 mar 13- CC letter completed
29 mar 13- New imagine showing 2 bad cervical discs and absolute spinal stenosis/bad right knee
22 Apr 13- First meeting with PEBLO
01 may13-VA MSC 24 claimed conditions
14 jun 13- QTC appointments complete
28 jun 13- NARSUM complete ( with errors)
2 Jul 13- Filed IMR/LOEfor NARSUM
10 Jul 13-New NARSUM with 2/3 requested conditions added/instantly signed and submitted LOE
15 Jul-13 due to sequester plus typo's that needed correction package submitted to IPEB
5 Aug-13-surgery for left hip due to collapse after THR complications+ongoing FAI issues ( I beat tricare)
16 Sep return from con leave
18 Sep officially found unfit and package forwarded to providence for rating consideration.
20 FEB 14- Recieved ratings of 60 DoD 90 VA-plan to file formal and VARR while in to correct clear errors
20 FEB 14-recieved notification SSDI was approved without going to court via an OTR request by lawyer
16 APR 14-recieved notification of judges decision for winning SSDI
18 APR 14- started permissive/terminal until 28 may/29 may official retirement
