Dad was injured. Dad was not given any VA notification. No family VA support as well. Son Joins military. A shut down Navy program he attempts a transfer to the Army with the DOD medically permanently stops 3P. Son gets screwed. Son is in Board of Corrections and Federal Court to recover. The VA and the navy fights the son for any and all benefits like a dog in the street for years. People pass away, mom
Son finds out he can apply for DEA when he meets his father again, now identified as a soldier, with benefits for his son, for education DEA they call it. My father passed away 2017
A 1 year statute of limitation is used, and they deny the claim, 2016. Still would like to go to school under a benefit of my father. Not sure how to go about it
I wonder if some other Vietnam Vets could sponsor me into college or an education I want to do.
