10% cases of PDA at review...

Has anyone been told by their Ombudsman and PELBOs that their case was assigned to a review at the PDA that only 10% go through?

Mine has been assigned to someone's desk for the past 5 weeks for this.

My command got an email today from my PEBLO saying that my case as of June 7 has been moved to "regular processing" at the PDA.

Called PEBLO this morning and she couldn't tell me any more information.

Has anyone else had this additional "review" and then had their case moved to regular processing at the PDA? I'm really hoping this doesn't mean that my paper is just now starting its process at the PDA and I have to start my "days at the PDA" counter all over again, aka 8-10weeks by the look of it.
 
My 199 was apparently lost going from the PEB to the PDA, I have no reason to suspect that just because I have been waiting 10 weeks on orders that anyone at the PDA will rush to complete my case, or that anyone will even annotate anywhere on my case that I've been waiting 10 weeks already, meanwhile some people are getting orders in as little as a few days. It is a completely broken system, and I have accepted that as just another fact of life.

Yeah my paperwork made it to the PDA as of May 5th, however it was put through the 10% random review. It's now at "regular processing" after 5 weeks. I'm just trying to figure out if others have been pulled for this random review and if their timelines exceeded over the 6-10 week waiting that everyone has experienced. Mentally preparing myself for an additional 2 month wait because my papers took a turn for random selection for reviewal.
