    Recoupment

If I were you I would do to my local VA. They should have a record of your payment. In person us always better to me. You get better results.

    PDBR Adjudication

Yes I got retirement two weeks ago or so. I'm still completing the process though. And if you're getting VA there might be a chance that you won't get any retro pay which sucks... But I'm not sure yet what's going to happen. They always fund a way to screw us. Always!

    Question about a timeline

I agree... The branches vary. My adjudication was 8 months. The branch took 2 months. Fairly quick.

    OMG They Took It!

Listen to this and tell me what you think. I got my paperwork from the navy last week. But I noticed it had other people's names on it too. Both navy and marine. I didn't pay it any mind really because it was a cover letter type thing. Then I got to thinking, maybe I should post the people...

To be honest it was but I decided to just forget about it mostly, to keep my mind off of it. Once my case was in adjudication six months I started pushing harder, and asking questions. I looked up the guidelines regarding the time the PDBR is allowed to take and it wasn't long. I figured they...

    Adjudication Complete (However)

Every comm Every branch is different. I imagine the army would take longer because there are so many of them. I was navy so it didn't take long. Once it leaves the pdbr, and your branch gets it, it could take a while longer but my hope for you is that it's swift. I hope your address with them...

    Adjudication Complete (However)

I My case done in June or July and sent to the Navy. They only take about two months to make a decision I was told and it happened to be exactly right. They sent a letter to me on September 29th which I'm still looking for. That's my problem now. Idk my outcome because I've moved since I...

    Adjudication Complete (However)

They gave me a physical address. No email or phone number. I guess I'll have to waste my time mailing a letter to them requesting my paperwork and then wait to see if they comply. This is very taxing when I send a message to them two years ago changing my information.

Today I got an email from the Pentagon after I contacted them to see if they could tell me if the Navy made a decision about my case. They told me a decision had been made AND they already sent a letter to my house. The only problem is the address they used was the one I was living at when I...
