I spoke with Al yesterday and he still doesn't have my file. The Army has had it since March of this year. How much longer do I have to wait to hear anything???

Correct, he doesn't see it and won't check with the "other" office to see if it is still pending.

Have you reached out to the pdbr? It seems to be a dfas issue if the retirement date is set and recognized by the army. Orders are orders so I'd think it's time to take it up the chain at dfas, maybe IG complaint? Maybe congressional investigation?

Can you give any further info on the case? You say it was adjudicated 2/16, was that the pdbr date that they sent to your branch? Do you have orders yet that show the dates and breakdown? What does your branch say, have you asked them?

I called that number and I pressed option 3 and spoke with a man and my case was forwarded back at the end of February and the army has it and is pending. He said to follow up in 1-2 months. I am now at 24 months since pdbr received my paperwork.

My case was sent to the army and I called today and it's pending but the army has it. The guy said to give it another month or 2 to process. The pdbr was sent to the army at the end of February of this year.

I wonder who is doing the audit and if it'll affect files in process?

My case started in June 2014, it was adjudicated in December 2015 and finally went to the Army in February 2016. Any guesses on how much longer till I hear back from the Army? Do they usually send an email or is it by letter only? Any way to contact the Army to see where it is at?
