Per my experience nothing past due except your dd214. you have to upload or send your dd 214 after your separation. Then they will close this claim and reopened as new claim.

My claim moved to pending decision approval since 09/14/2013 same as yours but I already retired and submit my dd214. Also my RO is Seattle, WA. Did your claim finalized - passed pending decision approval-on e benefits?

I noticed today after almost 90 day post retirement, VA open new claim and claim jumped to preparation for decision phase. How long does take after that to my proposal rating be finalized? are they change rating or they just retype proposal rating and published as finalize rating?

VA received my DD214 and acknowledged. They closed my IDES claim and add VBMS (New) add to Contentions to my sleep apnea. Also my Ides Claim is old as 17 months and my regional office is Seattle, Washington.
