I’ve heard mixed reports. My PEBLO is a rockstar so he made sure I had them the exact day the VA closed my case. Others on the forum have said they had to call the VA and get them to send an email.

After my C&P exams I waited a month and then was notified of an additional exam. I cancelled that exam and was called in to sign my NARSUM about a week or two after.
