I used Topamax as well and didn't like it. I was very out of it.

How long did it take from when you signed your findings? I had my COC contact USMC HQ to have mine moved to July 30th but apparently they don't have my "index" so cannot update it yet.

I take Neurontin (Gapapentin) on a regular basis to assist but Cambia for less severe and Sumavel Dosepro for severe. I was rated 50% and typcially suffer headaches 3-4 Days of the week.

I deal with extreme and debilitating migraines. Your best bet is to keep a log and take it to your neurologist. Try Cambia for the less severe headaches and Sumavel Dosepro for full blown migraines. Keep in mind that these are "rescue" meds. I take a large dose of gabapentin in addition.

Yeah, I found it weird as well. Here's how it was explained to me - I was boarded for TBI. Apparently DOD views the symptoms of TBI SEPERATE from the TBI itself and because I wasn't boarded for my symptoms only for "TBI", so essentially they're using a loophole in regards to TBI.

Found out today 0% DOD, 100% VA. Should sign my orders next week.
