Status update: Talked to Patient Advocacy here at BAMC last week. Miraculously, my ratings just came back today. Don't know if it's a coincidence of what but got 20% Army/90% VA. Thanks for all your help.

Status update: Contacted BAMC Patient Affairs/Ombudsman on Thursday afternoon. She was very apologetic but then gave the same line, "you just need to wait etc etc." Said she'd talk to a few people at the PEB and VA and would get back with me either Friday or Monday. Thanks for everybodys help.

I talk to my PEBLO and MSC every few weeks. They don't say shit about expired paperwork. What the shit should I do? This is ridiculous. You said I should go to the hospital Ombudsman? What about IG? Congressional Complaint? I'm at a loss.

Hey all, Just realized my IDES case is part of this clusterfuck. Is there any light at the end of the tunnel? I've been waiting for my proposed ratings since 12 Dec 2012 and now this bullshit happened. Is there anyway I can request to take the proposed ratings that are complete and leave the Army?

Question: Is it worth filing a Congressional Complaint about this?
