I think its because there is already 18 years worth of medical records from the VA that they were able to go off of. Not sure though.

I do not know about anything about the Army Discharge Review other than what has been put on this thread. I am agreeing to the MEB findings and will discuss with my PEBLO and lawyer tomorrow.
