When did your case go QA?

Congratulations! I went post va on February 12. My time is soon!

Everytime I see a quick timeline, I automatically assume air force or army. You would think the USN/USMC would adjust but I guess not. What's the point of having timelines across the DOD, when it seems like no one is actually enforcing them?

I'm exactly a week after you so I'm really hoping I get lucky with some news next week

What's the shortest time you know of in QA? I heard it takes most 30+ days but hoping it doesn't take that long.

Until preliminary findings the PEB won't request the VA ratings even if the case closed prior. My case closed Jan 5th but wasn't requested from the PEB until I was voted unfit on Feb 7th

That's weird. I was found unfit after you and from what the PEB told me today, there are only 150-175 cases ahead of me. The wait is 3-3.5 weeks

Peb found me unfit Feb 07 and received my ratings Feb 12. I called 15mins ago and they said expect findings in 3-3.5 weeks. There are about 150-175 cases ahead of mine.

What's the diagnosis? How long have you been dealing with MH? What were previous restrictions? Are you taking any medications? Are you functioning appropriately in your mos?

**Update** Just called the PEB and they said the just received my ratings from the VA. I called on Friday and they said it was still being voted. It took 41 days from PEB receiving my case until preliminary findings.

January 5th

She said since it was on the 3rd officer it wouldn't be long, but it seems like it's taking forever. I talked to my attorney. And she's expecting to get a decision around 20th of February.

I called 5 mins ago and the guy said the same. It's been almost 3 weeks (from what I gathered from PEBLO) in the voting phase for me. Peblo stated I was on the 3rd officer on the 22nd of January.

That's what I thought. But why say I'm still in the voting stage, if I'm not? My proposed ratings came a month ago.

**Update** Called the PEB Thursday February 1, and they said my case was still being voted on. He wouldn't give me any additional info. He did say that it's going to take time and that they had only just received my case on Jan 3rd even though it was sent to the PEB on Dec 11 and they accepted...
