Does anyone have a good contact number for the VA? I checked my status this morning and it went back to Gathering of Evidence and says it needs more information from me: "Complete and return the enclosed VA Form <form number>" I don't know what VA form they are talking about.

Our packages must have been sent up around the same time. I waited a little over 3 months for my unfit as well and finally got it today. Ebenfits has been on gathering evidence the whole time for me but changed to pending decision approval

My status changed to Pending Decision Approval. Hopefully since the VA has had my exam results since June, the decision process won't take so long.

How did you find out the VA had already rated you? What number did you call? The PEB has had my package since July and haven't found me fit or unfit yet.

You already received a decision from the PEB? My case was sent off in July and I still don't know if I'm fit or unfit. E-benefits has been saying "gathering of evidence" since May.

Maybe the site is BUPERS (BOL). I wasn't aware you could keep track of the status of a PEB from there, but I'll checkit out.
