I am good with what was written for my unfitting condition, which is PTSD, but for all the phsycial issues, such as my back, neck and shoulder pain and everything else it's worded saying no pain, while there are symptoms it doesn't constitute a diagnosis, things of that nature.

If you don't mind me asking, how did they determine that you would receive Special Monthly Compensation?

So I received my C&P for the general medicine part of the evaluation. I feel like everything that she put down makes it seem like I have no issues at all. Did anyone else encounter this? Did it cause any issues down the road?

That's what they are doing with me. Apparently almost everyone that gets medically retired with PTSD is placed on TDrL.

How could it come out to be only 30-50% when the military has to give you at minimum of 50% for PTSD?

Do you know how long it takes? Is this what is actually used to determine your ratings? Has anyone had any experience with getting a good guesstimate from what it says? I have my physical appt on wednesday, so I'm going to try and get it then.

I just did my VA appt for psych. Am I able to get access to it and see what it says?

That's my question. Right now I'm ad but not working, so that's why I thought it might be plausible to request it before separation. I suppose you can't actually ask for it if you haven't received your ratings. All this is just so confusing!

Where does it show that you don't have to be off active duty? That section just explains ho you would qualif for it
