    Finally got info from VFW

The ROM would have happened during your C&P evaluation, the physical exam you had right after you started the MEB.

Got my ratings - NOW I AM LOST!!!!

Do they think the fainting will get better over time? If you were rated at 100% for something that will not change, then yes you should go to the MEB counsel and have them help you appeal to PDRL.

Need basic info from someone in the know.

I'm just going off what I remember as a squad leader at Warrior Transition Brigade at Walter Reed, whenever we did leave forms up for terminal leave, it was always 20 days PTDY

Anyone know the VA Codes on PEB Unfit Memo?

Did anyone ever find a definite description for these codes?

Need basic info from someone in the know.

The Army gives 20 days PTDY for retirements. And in the Army, you have 90 days total to complete your cclearing and take any leave you have AFTER you hit TRANSPOC.

    I need info please

For me, I was flagged for overweight before I started the MEB. Once I was referred, part of the process was providing the form for the flag to my PEBLO. Within a week, I was not flagged anymore.

    FT BLISS MEB

That's pretty messed up of your command, they obviously do not know the MEB process very well at all, or else they would understand the steps and everything. Also at Bliss here, and I've worked at a WTU. On bliss, you will find that getting into the WTU is near impossible if you aren't...

    Second DVT/Pulmonary Embolism

Research is the best thing you can do for yourself concerning being put in for an MEB. I remember recently seeing a post about a guy who was going to be on coumadin for life, VASRD has specific ratings for cases like that. As far as being able to TERA or MEB, its one or the other, can't do both.

DA 199 Findings for TDRL Re-evaluation

Um, dude, from what it sounds like, you won't be placed on PDRL, you'll be told to re-enter active service. Happened to a guy I work with now, in like 2008 he was MEBed for PTSD and placed on TDRL< re-evaluated and found fit and had to come back in. Even had to repay his severance.

    HELP please??

I recieved my initial NARSUM on 17 OCT. I appealled the incorrect information in it, and the MEB legal counsel told me it would add about a month to be completed. I signed my updated NARSUM last friday, 16 NOV, so the month estimate was very accurate. Yes you will sign your new 3947 before it...

    MEB/PEB IDES JBLM Timeline

I appealed my NARSUM on 17 OCT, and just now today got the review and signed my 3947, MEB cousel did tell me it takes about a month total, pretty accurate from my experiences so far.

    Admin discharge

As far as PT test failures, since you are already in IDES then they shouldn't be able to separate you unless its for misconduct. Check with your legal about that, to be sure. Not sure about adding conditions, sorry

    IPR accused for Milingering

I would recommend appealing, and present your evidence from other sources showing the PTSD diagnosis.I am not sure where your PEBLO says that losing an appeal will stop your MEB. Get to a MEB cousel attorney ASAP

What should I expect for my VA rating?

Delao, I'm curious if the VA rated your insomnia as its own condition, or was it lumped in with PTSD or the TBI?

I got my new DA 199 today

OHHHH, I'm just used to seeing stuff about MEB info. as far as going TDRL to PDRL, I really don't know, sorry.

I got my new DA 199 today

Congrats! I think now you just have to wait to get put on the TRANSPOC list, about 1-4 weeks genereally, and then from there you have 90 days total (army anyway, unsure about other services) to clear, get your NCOER/Award, put in and use your transitional and PTDY leave.

    MEB? RTD?

It sounds like you would have a very good case for an MEB. As far as how to go about starting one, I was told you have to show going through treatment for a year before they will refer. It all depends on the condition and the doctor, though.

    Shell shocked...now what???

Appeal, it sounds like they are purposely trying to low-ball your husbands conditions. Get attorney help, eith civilian who knows the MEB process, or the MEB counsel. I am guessing you are at Alamagordo? William Beaumont has attorneys solely dedicated to MEB patients. 915-742-2280/2131 for that...

Wow, that really has spiraled out of control, I am at a loss for words on how this must be affecting you. I hope someone who knows the system better can give some good advice, I can't think of anything next.
