Much to the shock of everyone involved with my case, I was found FIT by the IPEB today. Once I ask for a formal board, does anyone have an idea of how long it will be before I get on the docket and have my case heard in DC?

When did your package get accepted by the PEB in DC? My Peblo said to expect something like 45 days from Unfit to ratings but I don't know if that is correct right now or not. My ebenfits stuff has never changed the whole time I've been in the process. Waiting for IPEB decision now.

My package went to PEB on 29 JUL. Nothing heard yet, but that's what I am expecting and targeting first part of OCT for any news. Current wait time for a FIT/UNFIT decision is being advertised as 8-10 weeks but also hearing 10-12. Looks like Pac942 was right on 10 weeks.

I hear ya! Mine was accepted 29 JUL, so I am not expecting to hear anything unit 1 OCT at the earliest.

8-10 weeks from PEB acceptance is what I am being told by the PEBLO. That seems to be what most other Navy folks are seeing who have timelines similar to yours. I would guess you might hear something in the next 1-2 weeks unless they have gotten further behind.

Very true! You have to know the regs and keep fighting. IMO, most base jags aren't going to get involved deep enough to help you. Get some DAV help fast.
