I thought I’d update y’all. I sent up my request for fpeb 2 weeks ago after my third fit finding by an ipeb over 8 years. This one had letters from my 0-6 department head and 0-6 clinic manager. They were very clear I’m their recommendation to find unfit. Waiting again now to hear

How do you get a VA rating with a fit finding?? My packet has yet to go to the VA after 3 ipeb’s

so I sent off my fpeb request two weeks ago. How long did it take you to hear back that you were being granted a fpeb? Last time I just got a letter saying thanks for your fpeb request but not gonna happen you’re fit.

Update....peblo told me if I haven’t heard back in 60 days to give them a call... these timelines are crazy. So far outside of what they are supposed to be

The comments this last time were definitely not for retention. They listed many of the issues they’ve seen as well as clearly stating No to the question in the NMA about having good potential for continued service. Yet the ipeb still said fit

I would love to hear of any! It’s absurd. Total Double standard. I am in a department that deploys to support medical missions by the US. It’s not fair to my co workers or me eventually when they get tapped repeatedly when I can’t deploy.

With regards to O’s and E’s I was just referring to the spread of the most junior to the most senior. It wasn’t to imply critical skills is an officer only issue. Thanks for your feedback I did reach out at peblawyer via email yesterday!
