I will do the same. Although I may only have a few entries. Did you get the Cerebellar gait Standby in your medical records before the C&p? I only have statement from my doc saying that I have an ataxic gait and that I stagger and beer to the left and flight side during attacks.

A journal is a good idea! Did the doc ever ask for it during the exam?
