Over 20. For both of us has it updated on va. Gov at all it will say updated on so and so date. That way you can look and see if they have been in your file at all. It updated if they just look at it.

Mine got sent to the VA 13 Feb. and I got my rating on 06march20. Another guy I’ll talk to on here had his sent to va on 06feb and got ratings on 09march20

No not that. Everything has already been done. The board has convened already and my case was sent to the VA. Just wondering if it was sent to the VA does that mean unfit?

Can someone help ease my mind and help me out. My package was sent to the VA early February. I guess my question is... if it goes to the VA are you unfit? They said they have been working on proposed ratings but aren’t finished yet. Any help would be awesome.

I have heard and been told that once your case closes on va.gov 10 days after you can call the RI VA or the 1-800 number and they will fax your ratings to you.

@tjveres so I got a call from my lawyer and he said my stuff is post adjudication and has been since 22Jan20. That’s 14 days ago. If it’s been there that long and no notification of fit does that mean I’m probably unfit? He said it did but idk? What’s your thoughts?

yeah I appreciate the help. I already have jobs in the GS system lined up waiting I just have to get an official word of getting out or staying in. It is a very painful process.

It’s been with QA since the 10th. My lawyer said that means unfit but I’m just nervous and don’t want to get my hopes up if not. If I was fit wouldn’t they have just not sent it to the QA?

@Duke Skylark did you ever find out if QA meant unfit? Mine has been with QA since Jan 10th and I’m wondering if I am fit or unfit? My lawyer said that if it’s QA then I’m unfit because they don’t do QA if you’re fit they only send you back to duty.
