Update. I have been found unfit as of 30 SEPT. My proposed ratings were completed by the VA and forwarded to the PEB on 7 OCT. Hoping to hear from my PEBLO or MSC soon.

Today i now have a second claim that went straight to historical. Opened 10/7/2016 status is closed 10/7/2016.

I got a copy of my unfit memo today. Date on mine is 30 SEPT. PEBLO says ratings are coming back in 3-4 weeks right now. Expects mine to be here by Veterans Day.

I feel your pain. Currently at 25 days. PEBLO told me last week that someone a week ahead of my just got their unfit memo on the 30th. Looks like they are backed up bad. Hopefully this doesnt mean the rest of the process will be backed up as well.

Spoke to my PEBLO today. System says first vote complete for IPEB. Needs a second agreeing vote to be finalized or a 3rd vote to tiebreak. Day by day at this point. Now 18 days at the IPEB...

Have you heard back yet? My packet was sent on the 12th. PEBLO said as of 19 SEPT it was "pending board vote". She is supposed to call me this afternoon after she checks in the system for a status.

I am in the same stage as you. My packet was IPEB on 12 September. Last update I got from my PEBLO was it was pending vote as of 19 SEPT. I called her this morning and she is going to check the system today and call me back this afternoon. Hope everything works out for you.

Wow your timeline as me a little worried. I finished my last C&P on 31 August about a month after you did. Currently waiting to pick up my MEB packet to take it to legal. I will be blown away if my claim moves as fast as yours. I only have 5 claims.

Following your timeline. I am also on campbell and very close to your timeline. Had my MSC appointment on the 11th. My final C&P is on the 29th. My TBI one is a little bit out.

When i got my P3 it was signed by the second person the next day. Might depend on the duty location (Campbell). It said provisional until it was signed by the other person. Now says Valid in the livining profile section of AKO. Why are they waiting so long to start your appointments?
