I'm just shy of 17.5 years and just got a rating of 20% for degenerative disk disease and scoliosis. I definitely don't want to lose my retirement this close to the end. Does anyone have a good example of a COAD recommendation memo? I'm trying to get all the help I can to make it to 20.
