I see many people referring to phases of the PEB and would like to know more. I have seen Rhett QA and rationale phase. What are these about and what are the other phases?

I wish they would make the system possible for us to view. They know we people in this type of waiting game like to see movement! That system would ease much of the anxiety, in my opinion

Well, that makes me feel a little better. I believe my stuff only has to go back to the IPEB since my ratings are accepted and didn't have to be touched by the FPEB or any entity after them.

Is the SAFPC a higher entity than the FPEB?

I have another question. Is it my attorney's decision who can write my VARR or can I demand to do it myself? I know its mandatory that we at least speak to an attorney when in the FPEB process, but that does not mean we cannot do as we see fit, right? Mine was not to ecstatic about my desire...
