The military PEBLO will tell you to wait until 30 days then he'll email the powers that be and see what's up...if you're in Lejeune you could go hit up Gunny B or Gunny J...and let them know what's up but they won't care too much until 30 days...you could just let them know that the PEB said...

How long ago did the peb say they had your index #? Mmsr-4 was getting indexes like every two weeks and they kept telling me that the peb sends them all at once and "there is no set schedule" for when the peb actually sends them...they are supposed to get them such and such day but don't...it...

I'm rated at 10% DOD and 100% VA...I received my first check this month for $3,068 (100% with one dependant) however I received disability severance pay for about $12,000...I thought the VA was suppose to recoup the pay at a 10% rating from each paycheck. I'm on hold right now with the VA. I...

I checked my DD214 and the exact same amount it said I would be paid for my severance pay is exactly what I received plus the leave that I sold back and the only deductions it shows is that few hundred $ for federal and state tax...

Damn...I looked, I honestly don't know..I mean they withheld federal tax and all that but it was only $358.00 with severance and leave I received about 14k.

Man, I know this sounds horrible but I honestly don't know...I'll check my LES and compare it to my account.I sold back 20 days of leave and that was included too so it threw me off. I'll look in to it and let you guys know.

Update: My LES said that I should receive my severance on April 29th and I did. Last day was April 8...got final paycheck a few days later and severance pay 21 days after that.

I eas' d April 8th...On April 11th ish I got my final paycheck..it was like $850...for the 8 days of April. That was my final paycheck. Now MYPAY says that my leave that I sold back and my severance pay is supposed to be April 29th...I'll let you guys know.
