Does anyone have a sample write-up of what specific information should be put on the form when submitting for CRSC? Also, does your findings necessarily have to state combat related?

It doesn’t show Permanent and Total. I definitely learning a lot about this process. It’s crazy how someone can be put on PDRL but not be P&T. So I assume I will be re-evaluated as well once I’m officially discharged?

How does one apply for expedited. I applied online and have to send in documentation. Is there an extra step for it being expedited?
