The PDBR just ruled for, yet against me so I'm still 10% permanent. So I found this organization (http://www.nvlsp.org/ ) that offers pro bono attorney services for these type of cases. I applied and submitted my peb, dd214, initial va claim results and the PDBR results, and they are taking on...
Honestly I recommend an attorney. I didn't and wished I had. The PDBR just ruled for yet against me so I'm still 10% permanent. So I found this organization (http://www.nvlsp.org/ ) that offers pro bono attorney services for these type of cases. I applied and submitted my peb, dd214, initial va...
Jason, I appreciate this site and over the last 2 years or so has helped me be patient in my PDBR process. I would like to know if I can file an appeal to my PDBR decision as I believe it lacks merit in determining a TDRL of 50% then revert to 10% permanent when the VA awarded me 50% and it went...
I got a letter from the Army. I was screwed as they agreed to a 50% TDRL but revert back to my 10% permanent after the 6 months from date of discharge as they only had my initial C&P from the VA at 3 months and nothing at 6 months so they are saying that my condition was stable and warranted a...
I spoke with Al yesterday and he still doesn't have my file. The Army has had it since March of this year. How much longer do I have to wait to hear anything???
hello all, I've been successful reaching Al at the Army office but he has only been able to tell me that the Army has my file and it's pending. That was 4 months ago and he got frustrated with me when I spoke with him about a week ago and he won't inquire again as to where my file is. Anyone...
Have you reached out to the pdbr? It seems to be a dfas issue if the retirement date is set and recognized by the army. Orders are orders so I'd think it's time to take it up the chain at dfas, maybe IG complaint? Maybe congressional investigation?
Can you give any further info on the case? You say it was adjudicated 2/16, was that the pdbr date that they sent to your branch? Do you have orders yet that show the dates and breakdown? What does your branch say, have you asked them?
I called that number and I pressed option 3 and spoke with a man and my case was forwarded back at the end of February and the army has it and is pending. He said to follow up in 1-2 months. I am now at 24 months since pdbr received my paperwork.
