So i'm getting my proposed rating sent to me by my DAV rep, can i take that to my peblo and get my 199 done?

So, since I am here in California and I am registered with my DAV in Texas, can I call the Texas DAV and get my preliminary and more information?

So I have another question, I got my percentage from my MSC over the phone, but he said only my Peblo is the only one that could give me a copy of it. Is there another way to get a copy of my preliminary?

Yes Christmas block leave it runs from Dec 17th thru Jan 2nd for us. (Ft. Irwin) So I was wondering if my 199 will show up before Dec 17th?

Do you know I time frame to look at for the 199 because my PEBLO does not tell me anything and doesn't get off his butt to do anything unless I make numerous calls for him to look for it. I told me that nothing was going to happen to my packet before block leave.

I tried to file for SSDI online and got hit with a lot of questions and other forms that I needed to submit. I figured I would just wait until I get out and go file in person too. Great information here, thanks!!

I am so happy....I think. I just got a call from my VA rep and he gave me my percentage and said it was done on Nov 15th. He said he did not know when it was sent back to the PEB but it is done on their side. So my question is, What happens now????

Well, it won't happen here, my peblo didn't even tell me about the unfit/fit memo I got it from someone off this forum. He doesn't even return my calls or keep me updated. I filled out one ice comment on him I think I am going to fill out another one. Thanks for the information.
