Bad shoulder as an extention of a permanently 30 % dissabled elbow


Hi, went through a VA doctor examining and making a report for the bad right shoulder. Now on a preparing for decision status going on and on...Would somebody please read the report giving me their opinion for a possible increase on rating for my right arm?

Have you talked to the peblos at ides recently? The number I have for them isn't working anymore.
