The more items you had on the VA claim the more time it will take for them to rate it. each item is rated by a different doc. i had 3 or 4 issues but all the same shoulder so that helped me get mine back from the va fast. i signed it the day it was received by the peblo. when i signed i chose 30...

how do you get into any branch of armed forces without basic training??? you must be speaking of something else like a school after "boot camp/ basic training" right?

i think you are mean a Non Medical Assessment. If that is what you are calling a Commanders letter then yes that should be done within a few days of you starting the PEB process. that was the case for me, im not sure how this could effect anything though?

i have found the instruction and it doesnt say much about anything for a medical discharge other than if you have xfered and it has been used and you do not complete your 4 year commitment due to a medical discharge you are not obligated to pay it back as you would be with any discharge other...
