Got my orders on 12 November finally. I sign out of Ft Rucker tomorrow. I had to call HRC directly because they messed up my orders and had me at the wrong transition point. Glad I caught that one early. Don't leave anything to chance. My ratings are 30% Army, 70% VA. Perm retired list.

Got my ratings today of 70% dated from 5 October 2012. The system is back up and fully operational again. I will be signing my 199 tomorrow and be placed on the TRANSPROC list. I am told that because of my deadlines, I am being expedited and should have orders in about a weeks time.

So I still haven't gotten my 199. My ratings have been complete since 9 October and I've been calling SFC Vargas every damn day. I've been getting the "tomorrow" treatment for 3 weeks now. Anyone hear anything?

UPDATE: According to the DAV, my proposed ratings were forwarded today to PEB.

It seems God has a sense of humor and my ratings were forwarded today. I just spoke with the DAV whom I would recommend to anyone looking for transparency. Now I guess I just have to wait for the system to be fixed.

Thanks for the update BlackHawk. I'd still rather they make up for the loss in earnings among us than give the standard - "I'm sorry and I understand but there's nothing I can do about it" response though. Wishful thinking that the government will one day get their act together.

So I'm waiting on my 199 still too. Get this - The VA told me my ratings were complete and released 2 weeks ago. I tried to track them to PEB and they didn't receive them. I called the VA back and they told me they were kicked back in the review phase. SFC Vargas is trying to track them but...

UPDATE: Spoke with SFC Vargas at PEB in Ft. Sam. She is now tracking my case and will expedite it since it has been so long. She informed me that my case has not been updated in the electronic system so I spoke with the VA directly. The VA told me that my case was kicked back in the review but...

SGT B, You and I are at the same stage, albeit you've been waiting a bit longer for your 199. I've been waiting for 2 weeks now for my 199. What contact number did you use to contact the PEB? Do you have a POC over there?
