    I received my informal PEB DOD/VA Ratings 80/100 I am happy with rating there are administrative errors ie: deploy dates and locs. Can it come back to haunt me for CSRC? I have severe cervical stenosis my Neuro states it is from military service. Can I appeal to have cervical stenosis added as unfitting condition?

    Did the PEB find your condition(s) combat related? Yes, you can appeal by demanding a Formal PEB.

    You should be fine with CRSC with the PEB finding of "Direct Result of Armed Conflict."

    I received a letter from the VA stating The VA has Withheld Benefits.
    Will they send me a partial payment. This has to do with Special Seperation Benefits Paid.

    Been a difficult few days- right before Thanksgiving, my Aunt Phyllis Perry passed away. Just got back from her funeral in MA. RIP Phyllis!

    My husband was in the Army from April of 1994-July of 2004. He was separated due to PTSD. I sent a request to the Army Board of Reviews and our request was granted. We were just contacted by his Peblo and are supposed to meet with her this week to discuss retirement. Can someone tell me what the process should be and how long it will take for him to be paid?
