Just received 199. PEB did a reconsideration and found me unfit for 2 more conditions that gave me 30% and permanent retirement without having to go to formal board.

My unit is telling me that at brigade level i can only take a total of 75 days of leave. Ill have 81 (61 days accrued + 20 ptdy) days and wanted to take all of it. What is the regulation stating this or that I can take more? Im awaitng formal board as we speak.

Im about 65 days ahead of you and im losing it just not knowing. 3 of the 5 people that were in my "group" got their ratings back in less than 30 days. I just hit my 65th day awauting ratings.

care to elaborate on the last two of your social? of the 5 in my MEB group three had there ratings under 30 days. Im at 59 days now and no word.

seems everything is slowing down, not to many recent timeline updates as usual.

after the MEB is complete and you get an unfit memo you will have all the time in the world for leave until your ratings get back.
