Yes, the stress can be one of the harder parts of this process. Add to a condition that does not work well with stress and you certainly have a harder situation.
I can't tell you anyone thing that may work for you. Some do well by trying to focus on other things, others do well by talking about it. Many of your fellow PEB Forum members are going through the same thing and sometimes it helps to talk to those with the same experiences. You may want to post, private message, or e-mail others.
