I'm in the same boat. Cleveland completed my rating 6 Apr and my MSC showed me the rating dated 6 Apr. Cleveland sent it to Baltimore and I'm still waiting. The Army is saying we never received it. My PEBLO is not even trying to help. Michigan so did you get your 199 yet.

This process sucks! I have been waiting on PEB to get my rating in the mail since 6 APR. The VA said they sent it 6 APR but the Army keeps saying they have not received it yet. I seen the proposed rating so I know it's done.
