So my question is: I was on the Automatic promotion list and then I received an Article 15, My art15 was suspended for 4 month and the end of my 4 month suspension is coming up on the 11 of october. What happens then...am I automatically promotable again or am I still not promotable?

I just got my proposed rating and have a final out date of 26 Oct 2013...I am on the TDRL , does that mean that trasportation will still move my household goods to wherever i am going(GA) instead of my Home of record address in california if I would like then too?

Why did you receive back pay if you were still active duty when you filed your claim and going through a MEB Board, if you dont mind me asking? Also are you saying we dont get paid on we ETS out the military by the VA until 3-4 Months later?

Yes I do have an account but was told that ebenefits is not accurate for soldiers still in the Military but for Veterans more so.

Yes, I received/ accepted the Article 15 and the CDRs desicion was to suspend the "punishment" for 120 days. Hopefully My Meb Board will be finished by then. **FingersCrossed**
