How to do know if you received permanent disability?

Pretty much the same boat here. I asked my PEBLO and they said that i guess it goes back to the PEB to combine the DOD side of things and should take an estimated 2-3 weeks fingers crossed

I have, It mentions it exists but when I click on it to view there is no information. It also mentions my claim is closed etc

Couple weeks ago I found out my decision letter was sent out but still waiting to hear back on the VA findings.

So I called the VA about a week ago and they mentioned that there at the decision phase. anyone know about how long itll be?
